Founder-CEOs, operator-creators and personality-led businesses where the founder is the brand.
Founder-led shows are the highest-upside, highest-risk format in podcasting. The upside is enormous: a founder with a real audience can recruit, raise and sell on a different curve. The risk is also enormous: if the show feels like an ego project, it damages the brand it was meant to amplify. The job is to make the founder sound interesting, generous and worth following.

45 to 60 minutes
Long-form interview with a deliberately curious host position
What gets in the way
- 01Founder schedule reality vs publishing reality
- 02Avoiding the echo chamber of friends and ex-colleagues
- 03Building a guest pipeline that earns the time
- 04Showing up on YouTube as well as audio
How we run it
Plan - position the host before the show
Before the first episode, we decide what the founder is the most interesting person in the room about. That single sentence drives the guest list, the question style and the title of the show. Without it, the show becomes another founder talking to other founders.
Optimise - one studio day a month
We protect the founder's time. One half-day in studio per month produces four episodes. The team handles everything else - prep docs, intro music, edits, thumbnails, notes - so the founder turns up, has the conversation and leaves.
Deliver - audio plus YouTube plus shorts
Every episode ships as audio everywhere, a long-form YouTube cut and five to seven vertical clips. The founder posts the clips, we post the episode. Compounding, not exhausting.
